Reminder!

I hope you’re all ready for the Iota Fitness challenge! Your food logs start this week, any questions regarding them you can refer to the previous post about the challenge or ask Missy or Daryl. We will be doing our fitness tests this week so make sure you get in and do all the tests. We’ll all be doing the workouts so you might as well compete in the challenge. It doesn’t cost anything to compete, however if you don’t pay the $10 for the competition you won’t be eligible to win the money, but you can still win some Progenex.
