In a continued effort to improve your fitness, we are adding two classes to our schedule.
Tuesday – 7:00 pm – Endurance training
Wednesday – 7:00 pm – Olympic lifting
We still offer kickboxing Tuesday at 5:15 pm and Wednesday at 9:15 am.
These additional classes are designed to challenge you with something new. Jump in and try it out!
WOD
Strength:
Front squat 6×5, every 90 seconds
Conditioning:
7 rounds – complete 1 round every 3 minutes
12 hang clean (135/95)
12 bar-over burpee
