Partner 1 Sled Push Down and Back 45/35 then partner 2 pushes the sled, make these quick! Each person pushes sled between movements.

Partner 1 does 60 Sit ups (Partner 2 holds a hollow hold)

Repeat but Partner 2 starts with sit ups

Reps only count when the partner in the hold position is working.
