100 Bench Press 135/95#
200 Abmat Sit-ups
300 Air Squats
400m Sled Drag 45/35#
(each partner does 400m, one partner takes it to the 800m mark, the other brings it back)
*if performing solo divide the reps in half and treat it like a chipper style wod
