Meet new Coach Chance Pebley. He usually works out with the 5:15 p.m. crew, but maybe you’ve seen him at a Saturday WOD, or during one of the other class times. Here’s an opportunity to get to know him a little bit better; he starts coaching classes March 1.
Chance lives in North Logan with his wife Kendall, their chocolate lab Copper, and they are expecting their first baby boy late April.
Q: How long have you been participating in high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Olympic lifting? A: 6 years
Q: What activities do you enjoy outside of the gym? A: I love hiking, boating, and enjoy cross country skiing.
Q: What is your day job? A: I do medical billing at the Budge Clinic.
Q: Where are you from? A: Rupert, Idaho
Q: What’s your go-to healthy meal? A: Oh man… water? Steak and salad, if that counts.

Q: What’s your favorite song to workout to: A: Back in Black by AC/DC; I like to listen to rock in the gym, but country and pop is what I listen to when I drive.
Q: What’s your favorite WOD? A: That’s like asking how I want to die. My favorite is Grace (30 clean and jerk for time).
Q: What is something about you that people would be surprised to know? A: I lived in Adelaide, Australia for 4 months and surfed, fished, and babysat my niece and nephew. Yes, I was a manny.
